Sweepstakes rules: No purchase necessary. Pumpkins can be real or artificial, carved or uncarved, painted/decorated using any safe medium. Photo(s) must be emailed to 183NorthContest@gmail.com by October 31, 2022 by 11:59pm CT. One entry per person, per household. Submissions must be the original creation of contestant. Submissions that do not meet the theme will be disqualified. Winners are drawn at random. Winners will be notified via the email address used for submission and must claim their prize within 7 days of notification. If prize is not claimed within time frame, a new winner will be drawn. Minors are eligible to win but must provide verifiable parental consent to collect prize. Participation in the event constitutes consent to use of your name and entry photograph for promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without further payment or consideration, notification or permission. Many will enter, few will win. Employees and family members of the Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority and the 183 North Mobility Project and subsidiaries are not eligible to win.
